Simbiz is the best leadership concept for developing leadership and business skills and at the same time making sure the participants understand what it is that creates a good result.
The simulation is designed as a RPG (Role Playing Game) where the members of a fictional management team leads a business in a competitive market through analysis, business planning and decision making within the management team.
The management team must handle all aspects of leadership as well as developing a business based on an understanding of both the market and the internal affairs of the business enterprise,
A simulation is made up of a number of predetermined steps:

- Organising Management Teams
- Start simulation
- Analysis of conditions
- Strategic Business Planning

- Acquire the mandate to simulate a year of activity
- Analysis of results and updating the business plan

- This is interspersed with theoretical study-blocks. The RPG (Role Playing Game) drives the simulation and gives it a completeness. The Simbiz simulation supervisors adjust the challenge according to the situation and the ability of each Management Team.
