Simbiz is the best leadership concept for developing leadership and business skills and at the same time making sure the participants understand what it is that creates a good result.         

The simulation is designed as a RPG (Role Playing Game) where the members of a fictional management team leads a business in a competitive market through analysis, business planning and decision making within the management team.

The management team must handle all aspects of leadership as well as developing a business based on an understanding of both the market and the internal affairs of the business enterprise,

A simulation is made up of a number of predetermined steps:

  • Start simulation
  • Analysis of conditions
  • Strategic Business Planning

  • Acquire the mandate to simulate a year of activity
  • Analysis of results and updating the business plan
  • Decision making ,,,, and repetition of above mentioned 2 steps according to the number of years involved ↑

    This is interspersed with theoretical study-blocks. The RPG (Role Playing Game) drives the simulation and gives it a completeness. The Simbiz simulation supervisors adjust the challenge according to the situation and the ability of each Management Team.
